How it all started

Willow’s Workshop, LLC. is something that I have dreamed about ever since my first art lesson as a young girl. To provide a blend of both contemporary and traditional art instruction in a fun, open, and free-spirited environment is my goal for this studio. It was my Art in Education professor at Susquehanna University who inspired me to pursue my dream of teaching art to students who harbor that same necessity express themselves through different artistic mediums.

The name “Willow” was my nickname bestowed upon me by some of my dearest college friends after repeatedly observing a whimsical willow tree in many of my pieces of my artwork. I thought since it held such relevance to many happy years of my life, my dreamy willow tree needed to be incorporated in the studio name. And so, Willow's Workshop, LLC. was born!

Why willow's workshop is Different

The studio is an intimate setting large enough to hold 10 students comfortably, allowing each student to have the individual attention needed to learn at his or her own pace. The goal of every lesson at Willow's Workshop, LLC. is to help my students expand upon their current artistic abilities and feel open to explore new avenues of creative expression.

To live a creative life we must lose our fear of being wrong.
